We are pleased to annouce our new location. Wishn Fishn is now located on Quennel Lake just south of Nanaimo BC. This is the view from our new store. Quennel Lake is an approximently 300 acre lake that has a very high nutrient making it one of the most productive lakes on Vancouver Island. Rainbow and Cutthroat trout can reach up to five pounds while the smallmouth bass can reach up to seven pounds.
This nice smallmouth was caught The Day of our move in. Everything was packed. On the spur of the moment I searched out a rod and lure. Five casts later on the rocks in front of the store, this very nice small mouth bass gave me the welcome I will not forget.
